I help organisations build safer, more inclusive workplaces through meaningful LGBTQIA+ inclusion speaking and custom built training.
I am an award-recognised queer speaker and qualified educator with over a decade of experience in LGBTQIA+ inclusion and workplace culture.

My approach is warm, affirming, and encouraging, supporting people to build real, practical skills they can action immediately -creating lasting change for themselves, their teams, and the people around them.
LGBTQIA+ inclusion training not only improves wellbeing, retention, and outcomes for LGBTQIA+ staff, but also builds more confident teams, creates safer workplace cultures, boosts creativity, and strengthens trust with staff, clients, and customers.
